Imperial China @ Hilton Mumbai

Tasting of New Menu at Imperial China at Hilton Mumbai

I was invited for the tasting of the new Menu at the Imperial China at Hilton Mumbai and must say I had a fabulous experience.

As Hilton Hotels heads towards a milestone of their 100th Anniversary, they have launched an all new menu for Imperial China.
The menu is specially curated by Chef Thomas Lai who is heading the culinary team of Imperial China as a Sous Chef.
He brings with him over 31 years of experience in mastering Chinese and Pan-Asian food to his role at Hilton Mumbai International Airport.
In his diverse course of the culinary journey, he has worked with several stand-alone Chinese restaurants and establishments in India, such as – (Gurgaon) Kingdom of Dreams, (Mumbai) Rodas an Ecotel Hotel, Chopsticks, Journey’s End to name a few. He also carries international work exposure with his stint at (Saudi Arabia) Golden Palace restaurant and (Abu Dhabi) Nanking Chinese restaurant.

Imperial China is the award winning, fine dining speciality restaurant at Hilton Mumbai International Airport. The restaurant serves delicious Thai and Chinese food and is popular because of the Pan Asian style of cooking and the perfect combination of herbs and spices which make up for a palatable meal.

Let me share with you the details of the dinner served that was served.

So the delectable meal at Imperial China started with Amuse Bouche

It was followed by Mocktails

For Appetizers we were served -

Spinach and Cabbage Dim Sums

Cottage Cheese Tshing Hai

Vegetable Spring Rolls

Avocado and Sprouts

Appetizers were followed by Delicious Soup

Tom Kha Soup

For Main Course we were served the following -

Overall I loved everything that was served but some were favourites like the Soup, the Cottage Cheese Starter, Dim Sums and Spring Rolls.

Among the Main Course, loved the Tofu and Noodles.

Coconut Pudding was yum!

We were given excellent service and simply loved the warm beautiful ambience of Imperial China ❤️
In the truest sense it was an absolute fine dining experience!

Everything was so perfect and amazing 👌😊

Thank you Hilton Mumbai for having me 😊 and for the great hospitality 💕
